Choose the correct PDF format for your printer / paper size. Trim the paper after printing. Sometimes, edges have gap on paper, that is why patterns are not align.
Print at 100% scale. Use the measurement scale provided on the first page to confirm printing has been done correctly. Trim and line up the edges of the sheets of paper in numeric order and tape together. Once finished, cut out each pattern piece separately.
